Bio

Keily is a fourth-year first-generation, low-income, and transfer student from Santa Monica College.  She is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a double minor in Educational Studies and Applied Psychology.  Keily's plan after graduating is to attend graduate school to pursue a career in Student Affairs or Educational Counseling.  She is  passionate about helping students, being a great support system, and guide for others. She is involved in various organizations that will help me become a great leader and professional one day. Her favorite things to do are running, playing basketball, playing with my dog, and hanging outdoors.

Advice for New Transfers: Transition to a university can be overwhelming. Take advantage of the resources and opportunities available to you. Try to get involved on campus and give others the pleasure to meet you. Enjoy your time and make the most out of it. Two years will fly by in the blink of an eye.
